	Home     Case Management Public Access     Contact Us Tax Foreclosure Legal Descriptions Section 5721.18 of the Ohio Revised Code requires the Clerk of Courts to cause a notice of foreclosure to be published once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. The Prosecuting Attorney has determined that publishing the complete legal description of the parcel(s) in the newspaper is unnecessary to provide the interested parties with reasonable notice of the tax foreclosure proceeding. The published notice identifies the parcel number of the property involved and indicates where the complete legal description may be obtained. Below are tax foreclosure cases, identified by case number, recently published in the newspaper of general circulation. Click on the appropriate case number to view the complete legal description of the parcel(s) involved in that case. The legal descriptions will be posted for a period of three weeks as required by the Ohio Revised Code.
