E-Filing

As of March 18, 2019, this office went to electronic filing for all civil and domestic relations actions with very few exceptions.
If you have not registered for this process, please reach out to clerkofcourts@woodcountyohio.gov for a registration form and further information.
If you have registered then you should be using the efiling app for filing all pleadings in these areas.
If you are needing to file on behalf of a criminal action, you may continue filing in paper, fax or e-mail transmission.
